1. About these terms
In short: these terms are the agreement between you and us when you use ReclipIt.
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of ReclipIt, including our website, the ReclipIt web app, the free preview, paid plans, credits and the YouTube Tools (together, the “Service”).
1.2 The Service is provided by LeksCo, trading as ReclipIt (“ReclipIt”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can find our business details in section 19 (Service provider).
1.3 You accept these Terms when you create an account, start a free preview or buy a plan or credits. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Service.
1.4 These pages also apply where these Terms refer to them:
- Billing, Cancellation & Refunds explains how plans, credits, renewals, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds work. It forms part of these Terms.
- Copyright & Content Reports explains how to report content and how we handle reports. It forms part of these Terms.
- The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It’s information for you, not a contract you have to agree to.
If Billing, Cancellation & Refunds or Copyright & Content Reports conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply, unless the other page gives you more rights.
1.5 Consumers and business customers. Some parts of these Terms work differently depending on how you use ReclipIt:
- You’re a “Consumer” if you’re an individual using ReclipIt for purposes that are mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
- You’re a “Business Customer” if you use ReclipIt mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession (for example, when you produce clips for clients, for paid campaigns or as part of a business), or on behalf of a company or other organisation.
Whether you’re a Consumer is decided by the law, not only by what you tell us.
1.6 Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that Consumers have under mandatory consumer law, including the mandatory law of the country where you live where that law applies to you.
2. Who can use ReclipIt
In short: you must be an adult, give accurate information and use your own account.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2.2 If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you’re authorised to accept these Terms for it. In that case, “you” includes that organisation.
2.3 You may not use the Service if we have closed an account of yours because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2.4 The free preview is available once per person. Don’t create extra accounts or use other people’s details to get more free previews or to get around limits or restrictions.
3. Your account
In short: keep access to your account secure. You’re responsible for what happens in it.
3.1 You need an account to use the free preview and to generate, render and download clips. You sign in with a verification code sent to your email address or with your Google account. ReclipIt doesn’t use passwords.
3.2 Anyone who can access your email account or your Google account may be able to access your ReclipIt account, so keep them secure.
3.3 Don’t sell or transfer your account. If you let people who work for you use your account, you’re responsible for how they use it.
3.4 You’re responsible for activity in your account, except activity caused by our failure or that you couldn’t reasonably have prevented. Tell us promptly at support@reclipit.io if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3.5 We may contact you about the Service, for example about your account, payments, restrictions or changes to these Terms, using the email address linked to your account.
4. What ReclipIt does
In short: ReclipIt is software you direct. It suggests and creates clips from videos you choose, and you decide what to do with them.
4.1 ReclipIt is automated, AI-assisted video editing software. When you add a video and start a generation, the Service analyses the video’s speech and content, suggests stories and creates short vertical clips with captions, titles, descriptions and hooks. Everything the Service creates for you is called “Outputs”.
4.2 You decide which videos to add, which settings to use, which clips to create and whether to download them.
4.3 ReclipIt doesn’t publish anything for you. It doesn’t post to your social media accounts, and it doesn’t make your projects available to other users or the public. The one exception is Recently Reclipped, which is off unless you turn it on: it can show the title, channel name, thumbnail and duration of eligible YouTube videos you’ve clipped, but never your clips or who you are (section 6.6).
4.4 The number, length and quality of clips depend on the video you provide. We don’t guarantee a particular number of stories, clips or variations from any video. Figures we show as examples or estimates, for example on our pricing page, are not promises.
4.5 The Service includes a free preview with limits, paid plans with monthly credits, optional extra variations and, on eligible plans, YouTube Tools. Our pricing page and the app show which features and limits (such as the maximum source length) each plan includes.
4.6 Some features depend on services operated by others, such as the platform that hosts a linked video. If those services are unavailable, change or restrict access, those features may not work.
4.7 ReclipIt isn’t a storage or archiving service. We automatically delete source videos and finished clips after the periods described in our Privacy Policy. Transcripts, stories, titles and other project records are kept while your account is open and deleted when your account is closed. You can ask us at support@reclipit.io to delete a project sooner. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, or where it’s needed for a report or dispute that hasn’t been resolved. Download the clips you want to keep.
5. Your videos and sources
In short: only use videos you’re allowed to use. You’re responsible for the content you choose.
5.1 “Source Content” means any video, audio or other material you upload to ReclipIt or ask ReclipIt to retrieve from a link you provide.
5.2 You can add Source Content by uploading a file or, where your plan or the free preview allows it, by providing a link to a YouTube video. You may only provide a link to a video that you own or are authorised to have processed in this way.
5.3 Each time you add Source Content, you confirm that:
- you own it, or you have every permission, licence and consent needed for ReclipIt to process it as described in these Terms and for the way you intend to use the Outputs. This covers the video, audio, music, images, text and any trademarks in it;
- if it shows or features identifiable people, you have any consent the law requires to use their image, voice and name in the way you intend;
- adding and processing it doesn’t break any law, any agreement you’re bound by or the terms of the platform it comes from; and
- it doesn’t contain anything prohibited by section 9.
5.4 Permission to process content isn’t the same as permission to publish it. Before you publish an Output, make sure you have the right to publish it where and how you intend, for example because you own it, because the rules of a clipping campaign allow it or because the rights holder has given you a licence.
5.5 If you provide a link to content on another platform, you’re responsible for making sure you’re allowed to use that content with ReclipIt and that doing so complies with that platform’s terms. A video being publicly viewable doesn’t mean you may copy, edit or republish it.
5.6 We don’t check whether you have the rights you need, and we don’t obtain rights or licences for you. We may refuse, stop or limit processing of Source Content if we reasonably believe it’s unlawful, infringes someone’s rights or breaks these Terms. Your confirmations in this section don’t change our own responsibilities under the law.
5.7 YouTube Tools. If your plan includes YouTube Tools, such as transcripts, summaries and downloads of YouTube videos, use them only for videos you own or are otherwise authorised to use in that way, and in line with the rules of the platform the video comes from.
6. The licence you give us
In short: you keep your rights. You let us use your content to run the Service for you. Some of our providers may also use it to improve their own models (section 6.3), and Recently Reclipped is off unless you turn it on (section 6.6).
6.1 You keep all rights you have in your Source Content. We don’t claim ownership of it.
6.2 You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyse, transcribe, edit, adapt and transform your Source Content and Outputs, and to display and stream them to you, only as needed to:
- provide the Service to you, including creating, rendering and delivering Outputs;
- keep the Service secure and prevent misuse;
- give you the support you ask for; and
- comply with the law and lawful requests from authorities.
6.3 We may let service providers who work on our behalf do these things for us, only for these purposes. However, some providers’ own terms also allow them to use the data they receive, such as audio and transcripts, to improve their own models. This is information about how those providers work, not a licence or permission that you give, for yourself or for anyone who appears in your videos. Deleting your content from the Service doesn’t necessarily remove data that a provider has already used for this. Our Privacy Policy describes the types of providers we use and explains this in section 6.
6.4 This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must keep by law, copies kept for a limited time in backups and content connected to a report or dispute that we keep until it’s resolved.
6.5 We won’t use your Source Content or Outputs to advertise or promote ReclipIt without your separate permission. Turning on Recently Reclipped is a permission of this kind, limited to what section 6.6 describes.
6.6 Recently Reclipped. Recently Reclipped is a public showcase on our website of YouTube videos that have been clipped with ReclipIt. It can also show examples made by the ReclipIt team. Your videos appear in it only if you turn on “Show my clips in Recently Reclipped” on the Account page in the app. The setting is off unless you turn it on. It applies to your whole account, including projects you created before you turned it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Eligible videos. A project can appear only if its source is a YouTube video that, when you added it, was public, had at least 100,000 views and wasn’t age-restricted, and at least one final clip has been rendered from it, including in a free preview. Videos that were private, unlisted, age-restricted, live or upcoming at that time, and uploaded files, are never included.
- What we show. Only the video’s title, channel name, public YouTube thumbnail and duration. We never show your name, email address, account or project IDs, other project details or your clips, and nothing shown says who clipped the video.
- Turning it off. When you turn the setting off, or a project or your account is deleted, the affected projects are left out of Recently Reclipped from the next time it loads. The same video can still appear if another account that has turned the setting on has clipped it, or if it’s one of our own examples. Pages already loaded in someone’s browser, and screenshots or copies that others have made, may still show it.
- Nothing more. By turning the setting on, you allow us to show only what this section describes. It doesn’t allow us to publish your clips, post anything for you or use your Source Content or Outputs in any other advertising. Showing a video in Recently Reclipped doesn’t transfer any rights in it to you or to us, and doesn’t mean that its creator is connected with ReclipIt or endorses it.
- Your choice, not the video’s status. A video being public on YouTube doesn’t by itself allow us to include your activity in Recently Reclipped. We include it only while your setting is on.
7. Clips and AI-generated output
In short: we don’t claim your Outputs, but they can contain other people’s rights and AI mistakes. Review them before publishing.
7.1 We don’t claim ownership of your Outputs. To the extent we hold any rights in an Output, we transfer those rights to you or, where a transfer isn’t possible, give you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free licence to use them. This doesn’t apply to Service Elements (section 7.3) or to rights that belong to others.
7.2 Outputs are made from your Source Content. Rights that other people hold in that Source Content (for example in the original video, the music or a person’s image) still apply to the Outputs. Using ReclipIt doesn’t give you any rights in someone else’s content, and we don’t promise that an Output is protected by copyright or free of other people’s rights.
7.3 Service Elements. Outputs may include caption styles, layouts, fonts, graphics or other materials we provide (“Service Elements”). We or our licensors keep the rights in Service Elements. You may use Service Elements as part of your Outputs, worldwide and without a time limit, but not separately from them.
7.4 AI can be wrong. Outputs are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, for example inaccurate transcripts or captions, misspelled names, quotes taken out of context, misleading or unsuitable titles, descriptions or hooks, or edits that change the meaning of what was said. Outputs may also resemble content created for other users. Review each Output, including its captions, titles, descriptions and hooks, before you publish it or rely on it.
7.5 Some platforms and laws require you to label AI-generated or AI-edited content, or to disclose paid or sponsored content. You’re responsible for following those rules when you publish.
7.6 You can watch free-preview Outputs in the app, but you can only download them while you have an active paid plan.
8. Publishing and monetization
In short: you decide what to publish. We don’t promise views, income or approval.
8.1 You decide whether, where, when and how to publish Outputs. You’re responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of the platforms, campaigns, clients and laws that apply to it.
8.2 We don’t promise any results. In particular, we don’t guarantee views, reach, followers, engagement, revenue or earnings, eligibility for monetization programmes, or that any platform, campaign owner or client will accept or pay for your clips. Results shown in our marketing don’t mean you’ll get similar results.
8.3 Agreements you make with campaign owners, platforms, clients or rights holders are between you and them. We’re not a party to them.
9. Acceptable use
In short: don’t use ReclipIt for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
9.1 You must not use the Service to create, process, store or publish content that:
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, or that you’re otherwise not authorised to use;
- uses a person’s image, voice or name without the consent the law requires, impersonates someone, or falsely suggests that a person said or did something they didn’t;
- sexually exploits or endangers children, or any sexual content involving minors;
- is sexual content shared without the consent of the people shown;
- incites or glorifies violence or terrorism, promotes hatred against people because of protected characteristics, or harasses, threatens or bullies anyone;
- discloses someone’s private information without their permission; or
- is otherwise illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, including scams and misleading advertising.
9.2 You also must not:
- access or use the Service through automated means such as bots or scrapers, except through features we provide;
- interfere with, overload or test the Service, or try to bypass its security, limits, credits or access controls;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law allows you to;
- create multiple accounts to get more free previews or to avoid limits or restrictions;
- sell, rent or give others access to your account or to the Service itself;
- upload malware or other harmful code; or
- use the Service in any other way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
9.3 We may investigate suspected breaches and take the measures described in section 10.
10. Reports, removal and account restrictions
In short: anyone can report content they believe is illegal. We review reports, may restrict content or accounts and explain our decisions where the law requires.
10.1 Projects are private, and we don’t monitor content in general. We act on reports we receive and on breaches we otherwise become aware of.
10.2 Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or infringes their rights. Copyright & Content Reports explains how to report, what to include and how we handle reports.
10.3 We review reports in a timely, careful and objective way. Reports are currently reviewed by a person; we don’t use automated systems to decide whether content is illegal or breaks these Terms. We do use automated limits to protect the Service, such as limits on how much processing an account or connection can start.
10.4 If we reasonably believe that content is illegal or breaks these Terms, or that an account is used in breach of them, we may stop or refuse processing, disable or delete affected projects or clips, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. We act proportionately and take into account the rights and interests of everyone involved, including freedom of expression. Where needed, we may restrict access to content while we review a report.
10.5 Where the law requires it, we tell you when we restrict your content or account, what we did and why, including the facts we relied on, whether our reason is the law or these Terms, and how you can challenge the decision. We may not do this where the law prevents it or where it would undermine an investigation or someone’s safety.
10.6 If you disagree with a decision, reply to our message or contact us at support@reclipit.io. We’ll review the decision. You can also take the matter to court.
10.7 Repeat infringement. In appropriate circumstances, we close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people’s rights. We decide this case by case, taking into account how often and how seriously the rights of others were infringed.
10.8 Where the law requires it, we inform the relevant authorities when we become aware of information suggesting a criminal offence that threatens someone’s life or safety.
10.9 If someone frequently sends reports that are clearly unfounded, we may, after a warning, stop handling their reports for a reasonable period.
11. Plans, credits and payments
In short: plans renew until you cancel, and credits pay for generations. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds has the details.
11.1 Plans. Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or quarterly. Prices, credits and included features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and Billing, Cancellation & Refunds explains how they work.
11.2 Who you pay. When you buy a plan or credits, you buy from us. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop, which may appear on your bank or card statement and send you receipts. Whop’s own terms apply to the payment process.
11.3 Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: monthly plans renew every month and quarterly plans renew every 3 months. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. Cancelling prevents the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you’re a Consumer, you can also end your plan at any time after it has renewed automatically, with one month’s notice, by emailing support@reclipit.io. Your plan then ends one month after we receive your notice, and no subscription credits are added after it ends. If you’ve already paid for time after that date, we handle any refund for that time as consumer law requires. If you live outside the Netherlands, the law of the country where you live may give you other rights (section 18.2).
11.4 Credits. In summary (Billing, Cancellation & Refunds has the full rules):
- your plan gives you credits every month, including on quarterly plans;
- starting a generation reserves credits; how many depends on the video’s length and the clip mode and is shown before you start;
- the credits are charged when the analysis is ready, and returned automatically if the generation fails before that;
- each generation includes one Primary clip for each story found;
- each extra variation costs the number of credits shown when you order it, charged only if the variation is delivered;
- credits from your plan don’t roll over to the next month;
- purchased credits (top-ups and checkout extras) are valid for 12 months and can only be used while you have an active paid plan; and
- the YouTube Tools include free uses of the summary tool and the downloader; after those, a use costs the number of credits shown before you start it.
11.5 Credits aren’t money. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise.
11.6 Prices and taxes. Subscription prices, credit purchases and any applicable taxes or mandatory charges are presented during checkout. Taxes are determined by the applicable law, the nature of the transaction and the customer’s location and status. Where the law requires taxes to be included in the displayed consumer price, the displayed price will include those taxes. Nothing in these Terms removes any tax obligation imposed by law or limits mandatory consumer pricing rights.
11.7 Price changes. We may change our prices. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before that renewal. A price change never applies to a period you’ve already paid for.
11.8 Failed and reversed payments. If a renewal payment fails, generating is paused until the payment is resolved. If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example through a chargeback), the unused credits that payment gave you are removed.
11.9 Right of withdrawal (Consumers in the EU and EEA). As a Consumer you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start providing the Service during that period and then withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what we provided up to the moment you withdrew, as consumer law provides. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds explains how to withdraw, including with our online withdrawal form.
11.10 Refunds. Refunds are handled as described on Billing, Cancellation & Refunds and as required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
12. Availability and service changes
In short: we work to keep ReclipIt running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
12.1 We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that processing will finish within a particular time. Maintenance, updates, high demand or problems with third-party services can cause interruptions or delays.
12.2 Failed generations and clips. These are three different situations:
- A generation that fails before its analysis is ready: the reserved credits are returned automatically.
- A Primary clip that fails to render after the analysis is ready: you can retry it up to three times. A Primary clip is covered by the generation’s credits, so a retry costs nothing extra. If it still can’t be delivered, contact us at support@reclipit.io.
- An optional extra variation that fails to render: it isn’t charged, because a variation is only charged if it’s delivered. You can retry it up to three times; each retry is again charged only if the variation is delivered.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer law.
12.3 We may change, improve or remove features. For Business Customers, we may make changes at any time and will try to give notice of significant changes that negatively affect them.
12.4 For Consumers, we only change the Service beyond what’s needed to keep it working as agreed if there’s a valid reason (such as improvements, security, legal requirements, changes by our providers or new technology), the change costs you nothing extra, and we inform you clearly. If a change affects your access to or use of the Service in more than a minor way, we’ll tell you in advance in a way you can keep, such as by email. You may then end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change or of our message, whichever is later, and we’ll refund what you paid for the remaining period.
13. Cancellation, account closure and data deletion
In short: cancelling a subscription, closing your account and deleting your data are three different things.
13.1 Cancelling your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, as described on Billing, Cancellation & Refunds. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your account stays open, and your access and plan credits continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
13.2 Closing your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time. To close your account, email us at support@reclipit.io from your account email address. Closing your account ends these Terms and your access to the Service. If you still have an active subscription, cancel it first or ask us to cancel it when you close your account.
13.3 Deleting your data. When your account is closed, we delete or anonymise your personal data and your projects as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information is kept for a limited time or in anonymised form, for example records we must keep for tax purposes and short-lived backups.
13.4 Suspension or closure by us. We may suspend or close your account, or end these Terms, if:
- you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;
- the law or an order from an authority requires it;
- it’s needed to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks or harm to others or the Service;
- a payment remains unpaid after we’ve asked you to resolve it; or
- we stop offering the Service.
We give advance notice where that’s reasonable and lawful, and we act proportionately. In urgent cases we may act immediately.
13.5 If we close your account or discontinue the Service for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we’ll refund the prepaid portion of your subscription for the period during which we no longer provide the Service. This doesn’t affect any additional rights you have under applicable law.
13.6 When your account closes, your remaining plan credits end, purchased credits can no longer be used and your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 6.4, 7, 14, 15, 16 and 18 continue to apply.
14. Liability
In short: we’re responsible for our own fault as the law requires. For Business Customers our liability is limited.
14.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for intent or gross negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits a Consumer’s statutory rights, including your rights if the Service doesn’t conform to the contract.
14.2 Except where the loss is caused by our breach of these Terms or of the law, we’re not responsible for:
- your Source Content and Outputs, what you do with them and claims arising from them;
- decisions by platforms, campaign owners or clients about your content or accounts;
- content you didn’t download before it was deleted under our retention periods; or
- failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
14.3 Business Customers. To the extent the law allows:
- we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data;
- our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim; and
- apart from what these Terms expressly say, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties.
14.4 Consumers. We’re responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable to you and us when the contract was made.
15. Claims involving your content
In short: if someone makes a claim because of content you provided or published, you’re responsible for it.
15.1 Business Customers. You’ll compensate us for third-party claims, and the resulting damages, fines and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal costs), to the extent the claim is caused by:
- Source Content you provided in breach of section 5.3;
- your publication or other use of Outputs; or
- your breach of section 9.
This doesn’t apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these Terms or of the law, by Service Elements, or by the Service itself apart from the content you provided. We’ll tell you promptly about any such claim, give you reasonable information and let you take part in the defence. We won’t settle a claim that you have to pay for without your agreement, and you won’t refuse that agreement unreasonably.
15.2 Consumers. You’re responsible under the law for damage you cause by breaching these Terms or by infringing other people’s rights, for example by adding content you weren’t allowed to use.
15.3 Where the law requires or allows it, we may share information about you and your content with rights holders or authorities, as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Our intellectual property
In short: ReclipIt’s software and brand belong to us. You get a right to use the Service.
16.1 We or our licensors own the Service, its software, website, designs, Service Elements and the ReclipIt name and logo. Under these Terms we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your contract lasts.
16.2 Don’t use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your content without our written permission.
16.3 If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
17. Changes to these terms
In short: we may update these Terms and will tell you about important changes in advance.
17.1 We may change these Terms for a valid reason, such as changes to the Service, to the law or regulator guidance, for security, or to make them clearer.
17.2 For important changes, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance by email to the address linked to your account. If you’re a Consumer and don’t agree, you can end the contract before the change takes effect, and we’ll refund what you paid for the period after that date.
17.3 Minor changes, such as corrections or clarifications that don’t reduce your rights, take effect when we publish them.
17.4 If you’re a Business Customer and keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the change.
17.5 Changes don’t apply to anything that happened before they took effect.
18. Governing law and disputes
In short: Dutch law applies, but Consumers keep the protections and courts their own law gives them.
18.1 Dutch law governs these Terms.
18.2 If you’re a Consumer, the choice of Dutch law doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, where that law applies to you.
18.3 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@reclipit.io. We’ll try to resolve it with you.
18.4 If you’re a Consumer living in the European Union, you can bring proceedings against us in the courts of the place where you live or in the Netherlands, and we can only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the country where you live.
18.5 If you’re a Consumer living outside the European Union, you can bring proceedings against us in the Netherlands. This doesn’t affect any mandatory right you have under your local law to bring proceedings where you live.
18.6 If you’re a Business Customer, the courts of the district in the Netherlands where we are established have exclusive jurisdiction.
18.7 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another person or company that takes over ReclipIt or the relevant part of our business, such as a company we set up to run ReclipIt. We’ll tell you in advance. If you’re a Consumer and don’t want to continue with the new provider, you can end the contract, and we’ll refund what you paid for the remaining period. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission.
18.8 Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and the versions differ, the English version applies to Business Customers; for Consumers, we’ll apply the version that is more favourable to you.
18.9 Other terms. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force. If we don’t enforce a right immediately, we haven’t given it up. These Terms, together with the pages named in section 1.4, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
